What is a Personal Vehicle Code?
A Personal Vehicle Code is a unique text message identifier that tells the CellARide System what information to send back to the potential buyer. (Example: RIDE 01)

How do the potential buyers see the photos, video and vehicle history report?
When a seller adds photos, video and a vehicle history report to their CellARide listing, they will also receive a Personal Webpage that will store all of those items.

What are "Buyer Views" reports?
The CellARide system will automatically send you weekly reports of the number of text messages that have been sent to your Personal Vehicle Code. This shows the number of people that are interested in your vehicle.
* For privacy purposes, we will not be providing the seller with any personal information about the potential buyer. If they would like to contact you further about the vehicle, they will have access to your contact information.
How do I upload a YouTube video to my CellARide listing?
To upload a YouTube video to your CellARide listing, you will first need to create a descriptive video of your vehicle and then upload it to YouTube. Once the video is uploaded to YouTube, you will need to go to the video page and click on the "Share" link and copy the link to your clipboard. You will then paste the link into the YouTube link field on the CellARide.com order page. See image below to find out what url you will need in order to properly upload your video to CellARide...

What if I don't have a way to print my window display?
On the CellARide order form, there is an option to have a professionally printed window display mailed to the shipping address that you give us. These window displays will look exactly like what you will be able to print off from our confirmation email, but they will be printed with a laser printer on heavy stock paper.
These window displays are sent out within 1 business day of your order.
* Please note that we are unable to provide a refund on the mailed window displays due to the fact that we are unable to control the damage caused by the postal service. Everyone receives a free window display download in their welcome email, so it is recommended to print your own window display.
Does this cost anything for the potential buyers?
CellARide doesn't charge the potential buyers that text into the Personal Vehicle Codes. The user may incur cell phone carrier data & text messaging rates, but they will not be charged by CellARide.
What happens if my vehicle doesn't sell in the first 30 days?
The CellARide Personal Vehicle Code and the added options are active for 30 days from the time you pay for the service.
CellARide will send email reminders letting you know that your 30 days is nearing. The email will also have a link to renew your service for a discounted rate if your vehicle hasn't sold yet.
